The world-famous Spielwarenmesse Nürnberg (English:
Nuremberg International Toy Fair) held annually since 1949, is the largest international toy and games trade fair. Only trade visitors associated with the toys business, invited guests, as well as journalists are admitted.

The previous Spielwarenmesse brought more than 2,800 exhibitors from 70 countries and 62,357 professional visitors from 136 countries to Messe Nuremberg.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the organizer of the Spielwarenmesse 2021 has decided to postpone the exhibition to Summer 2021. The decision was based on consideration of rising infection rates and travel restrictions as well. The exact date will be announced soon. Please check the

Spielwarenmesse 2021 will maintain some of its focal points (e.g. connecting traditional and digital toys) but will also broaden its focus on sustainability and its role in the toy industry.

Toys to meet which was introduced recently will return for Spielwarenmesse 2021. Many modifications have been made to the product group and will apply to the 72nd edition. The segments Model Railways and Model Railways are now consolidated, while Festive Articles, Fireworks, Carnival – expanded. A new electronic toy products segment focuses on robots, UAVs, RC vehicles as well as multimedia.
